What types of payment do you accept?
I accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. I also accept mailed checks and money orders.
Will you change my writing a lot?
No. My focus is on helping writers communicate their ideas clearly and succinctly while also preserving their unique voice. I accept documents in Microsoft Word or Google Docs and always use the "Track Changes" feature, allowing you to decide whether to accept or reject my suggestions.
What if I have questions after I receive my document back from you?
You can send me an email or call me to discuss questions about your edited document. I aim to quickly respond to questions via email or phone. I am also happy to schedule a follow-up video chat to go over edits together.
How fast is the turnaround?
Turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks, depending on the length of the project.
